How the pipeline works
The flow
From first click to signed proposal
A lead lands on WebBot (this site: forms, SEO, portfolio). ConsuBot classifies and tracks it in the CRM. EstimBot extracts quantities straight from the Revit model through pyRevit and a 48-tool Revit MCP bridge. EstimaStruct turns them into budgets against a CSI-coded cost database and runs structural checks with in-house ACI/LRFD/AISC engines. ProposalBot generates the branded proposal, and RenderBot produces the visualizations. One pipeline, from first click to signed proposal.
The memory
A knowledge vault that remembers every project
Every document, rule and project lives in a versioned knowledge vault mirrored into PostgreSQL + pgvector. Semantic search retrieves by meaning, so estimates, proposals and decisions reuse real historical data instead of starting from zero.
I did not buy this stack. I designed and built it — and I can build it for others.
