Our scope of work involved the complete redesign of the house, focusing on enhancing both the interior and exterior. We provided detailed structural, electrical, and plumbing distribution plans, ensuring the functionality and safety of the building while complying with local construction regulations. These plans allowed the client to proceed smoothly with the ongoing construction.
The Rosas Model, built in 2020, is a stunning example of modern residential architecture in Tres Rosas, Valle de Ángeles. Features 3 bedrooms and a dedicated studio.
House Rivadeneira is a traditional-style home, designed with simplicity and functionality in mind. Built with CMU blocks and clay tile roofing.
Creative adaptation and expansion of an existing stone house, adding 62m² for three bedrooms and bathrooms.
This project consists of three independent dome modules, each with a 70m² total area and a 6-meter diameter, designed with relaxation and luxury in mind. The domes are prefabricated and imported, with each housing a bedroom, a bathroom, and a compact kitchen.

Apartamentos Guifarro is a 3-story residential complex designed to maximize the functionality and livability of a constrained plot. The building comprises a total of 9 residential units: three single-bedroom apartments and six two-bedroom apartments, all fully equipped with kitchens, bathrooms, and garage spaces.
