ConsuConstruct was built to organize real project work: design, permits, budgets, and technical management without unnecessary loops. The company is led by Ing. David Chinchilla and serves clients in Honduras.
What we do
We take the project from the first idea to delivery. If the case needs architectural design, stamped plans, renders, permits, takeoff, or management, we organize the flow and give you a clear path. We work with clients who need to make decisions quickly, compare options with real numbers, and avoid repeating work several times. That is why the process is organized from the start: what needs to be built, what the local authority requires, which documents are missing, and what the next step should be.
How we work
Our workflow combines technical judgment with a practical reading of the project. When a request comes in, we review the scope, location, type of work, and the amount of documentation available. From there we decide whether to move first with design, permits, budgeting, or a full path. The goal is to reduce friction: fewer loops, fewer assumptions, and fewer late corrections.
The team uses tools like Revit, BIM, and structured cost databases so the output does not depend on improvisation. That lets us deliver files the client can review, share, and use to make project decisions. We also keep direct communication so progress does not get lost between intermediaries or unclear messages.
What we focus on
ConsuConstruct prioritizes projects where clarity matters: homes, remodelations, commercial spaces, permit documentation, and construction planning. We do not sell noise or turn the process into unnecessary steps. We want the client to understand what they get, what it may cost, and how each decision affects the final execution.
