Bolts, welds, and base plates per AISC §J. The design automatically generates the Div 05 cost item: the calculated connection goes straight into the budget.

Seismic CHOC-08 Honduras

Base shear, design spectrum, and drift control per the Honduran Building Code. Spectrum import/export for the ETABS bridge.

Automatic Gantt schedule

Duration = catalog unit time × quantity. Configurable crews (specialists and helpers), a real working calendar, and color-coded phases.

XLSX/PDF exports + bank PDF

4 XLSX and 5 PDF files with corporate letterhead, no Office installed. The bank PDF prorates budget and Gantt to a target financing value with a contingency buffer.

Client portal

1-click publishing of the project, line items, and schedule to a web portal. Later syncs update prices only, without overwriting the progress the client has logged.

Frequently asked questions

Does EstimaStruct replace my Excel?+

Yes, for estimating. The budget lives in the platform with CSI structure and auditable unit prices; Excel remains an output format (4 XLSX exports), not the working tool.

Do I need Revit to use it?+

No. The Revit/pyRevit integration speeds up quantity import, but you can enter quantities manually in each line item and use the entire rest of the platform the same way.

Which design codes does it support?+

Concrete ACI 318 (beams, columns, flexure, shear, P-M), steel LRFD AISC 360-16 §D-H (W/HSS shapes), steel connections AISC §J (bolts, welds, base plates), and Honduras CHOC-08 seismic.

Does it work outside Honduras?+

Yes. The CSI MasterFormat structure is invariant across countries; the only thing that changes is the market pricing in the catalog, which you edit. The platform is multi-currency (HNL/USD).
